Looks great POOR QUALITY,
The color of the bag looks great, however it is CHEAP. I got mine in April and by June the leather started peeling. I sent it in to have it repaired or replaced and they sent it back with an enclosed letter saying that it has “normal wear for its usage and age.” Really? A genuine leather purse cannot last more than 2-3 months with normal use? Even less than that since it is not my only purse so it is not used daily. If I am paying over 300 dollars for a leather purse it better last more that 3 months! I thought I was paying for quality. What a joke. I have been a Coach costumer for years. No more. Coach’s standards of quality does not meet demand. They really need to drop the prices since they don’t expect the purses to last more than a couple months. If you can afford to buy a brand new 300 dollar purse every other month or so…this purse will be perfect for you.
